Go as long as you can, stopping before orgasm, cool off for a few seconds, then build up again, then cool down, repeat as many times as you can tolerate. Then, when you start, flex your stomach muscles, and your ass muscles. That will put a lot of pressure on the prostate, causing you to shoot farther. The longer you go without sex or masturcation (I'm talking days, not hours,) the more force you'll have to shoot with. On my own in the shower, I've hit the wall hard enough to leave a paintball mark-sized splat from a distance of about three feet.
