Drink pleanty of water - fatigue is a symptom of dehydration
A couple of other random thoughts...
Have you just started excersizing 5 times a week?
What is pleanty of sleep? If you are only 18, you might need 9 hours or so a night. (Need less sleep as you get older, but still variable from person to person)
Do you have consistent sleep/wake cycles? Generally you do better if you get up at the same time every day.
Too much caffeine can ultimately lead to fatigue. Either through a direct reaction or making you more restless at night.
Sleep apnea is quite common as well, but if this is a recent onset, it probably relates to some lifestyle condition.
