Smiling slightly at the thought of what they had already encountered, D'Aleen slides her bow from her back and nods her appreciation of the Father's quick preparations.
Feeling an unease and a sense of urgency pressing upon her, she paces slowly from one end of the room to the other, awaiting the decision of the others.
The lack of communication with the beasts of the living land was an empty ache to her. Her kin had always thrived on the close bond with nature and she missed communing with the forest and the creatures that resided in her lands. She suddenly felt very isolated for the first time, despite the fact that the "draw" to combat this evil was a pull that would not, could not be denied.
"Well Sparrow, if you have already attempted to escape through the doors to no avail, then I would suggest we move down the staircase....unless you found anything of interest in the room down the hall anyone?"
