Mom taught me this one, it has served me well.

You'll need:

Tortilla Chips (any kind)
1 Can of Chili
Some cream cheese
Regular cheese *optional*

Spread cream cheese into the bottom of a casserole dish.
Pour some chili over that
Then more cream cheese
Then more chili

-repeat 'til out of supplies-

Stick in the oven for 5-10 mins, depending on how hot you want it to be

Cooks fast and is easy to make.
