I think some of you are kidding yourselves, but maybe i'm wrong.
I think 15 is too young. Hands-down. But 16 is where maturity can play a large role in whether or not it's ok. Of course, depending on local law, that may or may not be illegal- remember not everyone lives in the US, and ages are different all over the world.

It's called that because it's defined as sexual relation with someone who's not yet the statutory age of consent. It basically means that just because you didn't force it, and they wanted it, you still can't do it. They're not "old enough" to make that decision for themselves.
