I hope they go to prison, for a very long time. I hope that there is some possibility, however small, that the correctional system may rehabilitate these people, make them see the error of their ways, and release them after serving their time as functioning members of society.
What they did is disgusting and inexcusable. But I will not wish death upon anyone.
