Ok, first off... anybody who suggested abstaining for a day or two, stop and think about that... WHY? Why would you ever want to abstain????
Secondly, zinc is a good suggestion for increasing sperm production. Zinc is the most important element your body needs to produce sperm. Consequently, oisters are high in zinc, thus the aphrodisiac thing.
Third, and what you are really asking, strong ejaculation is a result of a healthy prostate. Someone suggested Kegel exercises and that is probably the best thing you can do to improve your shot. I've always been a consistent 1 footer or better but after I started doing kegels, I found that I was getting it on my gf's face more often (and I love the sight of that!) Look up kegel exercises on the net and do 'em. They're really easy and you can do them anywhere (I do them at work at my desk).
