Ripsaw: Are you taking your vitamins with food, or on an empty stomach? Don't do the latter.
slant eyes: There are a lot of reasons for the color change. The main one is, as has been said, hydration. In USMC recruit training, there were charts (with photos) on the wall telling you how many more canteens of water you should be drinking when your pee was the pictured color.
There're also kidney issues that make urine color change somewhat. I had a buddy who had to adjust his diet and take some medication because there were usable sugars in his urine that the kidney, apparently, was just passing up. If you think it's a serious problem, ask your doctor the next time you see him/her.
