Want to hear about really cheap vodka.
When I was in Israel for the summer of 1994, my friends and I found what I believe is probably the cheapest ever foudn in a democratic non-post-communist country.
In one of the most famous markets in Jerusalem we found vodka for 4 dollars a 750ml bottle. The vodka was from a company called Kedem. They are a respectable company so it was very surprising to find Vodka that cheap.
