YES! You're right sex rule and everything, but making out definately can be enjoyable by itself occassionally. A lot of the time, my bf and I start out with just kissing in mind an of course it leads elsewhere, but hey.
I once knew a girl who prefered kissing by far to sex, not because she was prude, but because she thought you could learn a lot more about a person from a kiss rather than fucking. She made out a lot!!!
