I work at Wells Fargo doing home equity customer service. I happen to have one of the only cubicals with a pole in the middle of it. My managers think it would be a pain, but I rather enjoy it.
To poke fun at it, here is a picture and the lymerick (sp) I have posted on it:
This pole isn't the prettiest sight,
It hardly makes any cubical bright.
It's rather disruptive,
It's presence corruptive.
But at least it's very polite.
