Take some time and visit Vatican city and the Vatican museum. Whether you're religious or not, it's a breathtaking place that is filled with amazing sights. From there it's easy to vist Rome and you could spend days there and not see everything. I would suggest walking/training around the city and looking at the fountains - they're amazing.
