Depends on your OS. In XP, use My Computer or Windows Explorer and go to "C:\Documents and Settings\<You UserName>\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files"
You should be able to find your movie in there.
In other Windows OS's, I think you can just get it at "C:\WINDOWS\Temporary Internet Files"
