1. Close ALL windows.
2. Launch IE.
3. Right click on any link, choose OPEN NEW WINDOW.
4. Size the secondary window the way you want it.
5. Close the window by clicking X icon while holding down the SHIFT key.
6. Repeat if neccessary.
