I run WineX on my desktop and on my laptop.
On my desktop I had WineX 2.2 I think that's the version. It ran WCIII great, I also tested Hitman, Alice, SoF2 and those ran fine too. Couldn't alt+tab tho, would screw up the graphics bad.
I have 3.0 on my laptop and WCIII doesn't run on it. I haven't had a chance too see why yet and I haven't tried any other games.
I heard that now you can alt+tab.
I think it's worth the $5 a month for the min 3 months.
