i´ve never heard of that before. i had a feeling that it was a disease (std) since Ellis refers to it that way, but i couldn´t be sure.

i also figured it could possibly be a term for some sort of sexual favour.
i guess it could be described as a favour, but sounds like more of a nasty favour, than a good one.

is it as serious as Glandular Fever? or is it related?
Glandular Fever is referred to as the Kissing Disease over here.
