Wow - you've been busy. How long have you owned this house?
I own a 26 year old home in Seattle and I am gearing up to accomplish most of these tasks. On the plate for the near future are:
* Replace the facia boards on the roof
* Replace the siding on a corner of the house
* Rebuild 2 bathrooms.
