Chien_Andalusia....Im reposting again cause i just read your comment. If you havent been able to pull the skin down than of course the head is gonna be very sensitive to the touch. This happens to every one of us .....it is only with touch and rubbing against the palm of your hand, or jeans, or a girls vagina.etc that your penis becomes less sensitive.
And i dont know your situation. Not sure if your skin is a little unusual and truely harder than normal to work down to the bottom while erect.....but i do know that I and I think a very many uncircumsized men, would have had that problem at first.
I first thought that being circumsized meant never having the ability to pull the skin down...That a circumsized man was a man with the firskin all the way up...i know this is dumb, i was very young. But anyway, mine was not able to go down all the way either, when it did it hurt.....but when i found out i was uncircumsized and my foreskin was supposed to go do i practised.
The years prior i did, of course, pull it down for cleaning while not erect.....but while erect it was hard at first.....now i cant even get it to stay up, cause it is soo loose.
So just work at it.......if there is truly a problem, go to the Doctor,....i have been nervous about showing my cock to a doctor but i have had to in the past and it wasnt bad at all.
