Flippy's right on. Make sure you keep a copy of all emails you send. If he hasn't paid you, be sure to mention that in the email. If he has paid you, you should offer to refund his money or send him the item. If he keeps giving you trouble, post his ebay user name all over usenet newsgroups, describing what he did so if anyone else ever has trouble with him, they'll your issue in a search.
