I've got a Sony Ericsson t68i. Bought it for the Bluetooth, which I use only occasionally now. Bluetooth handsfree is cool, though.
I think the phone has been discontinued, and I don't really recommend it due to TERRIBLE RF reception. Tmobile is pretty good, but get the Nokia 3650
