HAHA this is ludacris and I love it. Seph is definently the coolest character of the two (vincent Valentine was the best in FFVII imo)But i would have to give props to megaman too. Given the nature of the games, megaman would have gone after seph. and thus killed a lot of creatures on his way and probably taking their powers too (although there not all robots so this could be flawed) Besides having all those extra powers ya know that mega is gonna go get the KOFR summon cause one thing he aint is lazy.
