I hate working out - but it's something I force myself to do 3 times a week.
And, like <b>cliv</b> and <b>Jadey</b>, I feel a lot better about myself those nights driving home from the gym.
But being at the gym and the actual workout?
Nope - Lots of things I'd rather be doing.
