I'm the exact same way. I only workout 4 times per week, not counting whatever I do on the weekend (basketball, biking, tennis, etc.), and half of the time It's a chore to get my ass out of bed to workout before work, but I always feel better afterwards. ALWAYS! That's the rush I look forward to.
