So do you actually get that feeling? I have a hard time explaining that there is "too much". I mentioned like right before he ejaculates, I used terms like "the top of your head blowing off" and he said he doesn't get that. So he has nothing to compare it to. Any ideas on what to compare it to, or how else to explain it? He is truly puzzled by the idea of "too much of a good thing" when it comes to nipples or clit.
