Once, in a resort hotel in Phoenix, I had sex on the 2nd story balcony of our hotel room at night. My guy was sitting in a chair and I was sitting on him and grinding while people occasionally walked past below us. I'm not sure if it counts as being in public, but I think that's about as close as I have gotten.
I don't think that I have ever pleasured myself in public, though.
