A doctor has a bit of a stressful job, and the hero of our story liked to go down to his local watering hole at the end of each day, and unwind by drinking an almond daquiri, and talking to the barman, Dick. One day, he went down to the local and ordered his daquiri, but when dick went to make it, he found that he was out of almonds, so he used hickory nuts instead. He gave it to the doctor, who took a sip, and asked, "Is this an almond daquiri, Dick?"
To which the barman replied, "No, it's a hickory daquiri, doc!"
