yeah i love working out, but more so listening to the music whilst doing it, such that you sometimes become in a raged state or pumped and it makes you feels invincible. I really don't think i could manage a sustainably long workout whilst not listening to music. I also don't go to the gym either, mainly for most of the apathetic and uninspirational muic they play (plus it costs a bunch) so i just work out in my room, with my somewhat limited weights, i really do need to get more. Also, after the workout i feel fucking great, its the endoirphins i guess?
