If you know EXACTLY what you're shopping for ahead of time, then just check out the Mature section on eBay. Never paid more than $15 bucks for a flick, including shipping. Like I said though, you have to already know what you want- they don't allow explicit descriptions or uncensored scans of the boxes on the site.
