what i do is just read the chapter once in a quiet room highlighting everything that is CRUCIAL and then go back to it and read the highlighted content. Once that is done i do the test reading each question and answering thinking it is right, but as i answer i make sure that every single question makes sense as it appears answered.
Concentration will come into play once there is no play around your home base...
