Russia has the bomb! We have many bombs! We don't know where they all are! Perhaps you would like a "dirty" bomb  ?
Edit: In all seriousness, I like the way that Russia has started to really turn itself around in it's policies in just the past ten years. I think if they had more resources they could be a lot better of a country, but that's me.
