I have read that Necrid is cheap, but I tend to own him w/ whoever I am using atm. But I could do without him in the game. His design is horrible to the point where I don't get his weapons in WM mode cos I have no intention of ever using him.
But yeah, "Cheap" is a bad complaint. Shit controls or bad design are one thing, but "cheap" tends to be used when someone has an issue w/ a specific fughting style (the one I hear the most is Eddie/Christie from Tekken cos no one blocks low
