The romantic evening is also a good place to start, perhaps you have a friend who would be willing to volunteer his flat. (Generally most guys would accept the deal "I want to entertain my ladyfreind for an evening, if you let me use your house I will clean it") OK, actually perhaps I'm talking out of my ass with this one, but its worth a try.
