i disagree.
i dont think it will get passed cuz the legislators prolly regret voting for the PATRIOT act and wont commit the same mistake again. look at all the uproar PATRIOT caused and VICTORY is sure to provoke some more.
it's amazing how they link everything to terrorism and use it as an excuse to take away more and more of our civil liberties.
