In the commercial, there is a man dressed up in a mascot suit made to look like a cartoon dog (this is Barky).
In the first scene, this man is approched by a family all wearing the same hat (typical Disneyland type stuff). The father asks, "Hey Barky, Do you know when the next water show is?"
The dog, standing next to a sign that says "Next watershow: noon" replies, "Someone should put a sign up that says when the next watershow is. DOES ANYBODY KNOW WHEN THE WATERSHOW IS?"
In the next portion, a man is taking a picture of his kid with Barky. However, the man keeps telling the kid what to do (i.e. look this way, move closer, etc). So Barky states, simply, "Take the picture. WHILE WE'RE YOUNG." The man says, "Honey, step away from Barky (with a panicked look on his face)."
In the final scene, a small child walks up to the man dressed as Barky and says, very sweetly, "Are you really Barky?" The man in the suit says, "Barky's a cartoon. I'm a grown man that's made a lot of mistakes."
Then we get from a booming anouncer, "Grumpiness: Another sign of hunger."
and you're laughing.
