Southern Germany, between Augsburg and Nuremburg there is this little stop along the way that is absolutely incredible: It is an old, walled village named Ellingen. Go there. Take the tour if they still offer one- you will fall all over yourself in amazement.
Also- Ibiza, Spain; Malaga-Toromolinas, Spain; Palma De Majorca; Gaeta, Italy; and if you can possibly make it, go to Crete. Anywhere on Crete. It is the single, most beautiful place I have ever seen. And believe me, I have seen a lot of them.
