Asimov gave a suggestion for the pronounciation of "The Unmentionable Planet" in an non-fiction essay with that title. Instead of "your anus" or "urinous" (meaning of or pertaining to urine), he suggested "you ran us" as the least "offensive" way of saying the 7th planet's name.
