If you have a couple bucks I advise going to the bookstore and picking up this little book called 'The Doctor's Pocket Calorie Fat & Carbohydrate Counter". It has litterally everything I can think of in there along with their nutritional breakdown (protein, fat, calories, carbs, cholesterol, calcium, fiber, iron, sodium, caffeine, alcohol are included in the breakdown). This book has been a godsend to me
