Its been a while since I was over there, but I really enjoyed Vienna - architecture and palace tours, etc. Back then, maybe still, it was more "foreign" - meaning hardly any signs in english and just everything was a little more different than the rest of W.Europe.
I also like Amsterdam, and Munich was fun. Venice was cool to see, but way too touristy. If you have the time, the Greek Islands sure can be fun - but more of a separate one or two week trip. Have fun
