* Most of the party is right out in the open on the other side of the crossing wall walkway on the outer wall.
You are diagonally across from the creature, the courtyard far below.
The closest doorway, is straight in front of you across the slick worn path.
Where you came from.
You notice that this would place you somewhat closer to the creature, also.
But that doorway is some distance from the half-turret is standing on too. *
