Bingo. If you have fat on your stomache and are skinny elsewhere on your body that means only one thing: You're consuming more calories than you are eating. Alot of men will only gain fat on the stomache, a large part of the reason (or so I've heard) is that there is low blood circulation down there.
Lower your calorie intake and raise the number of calories you burn.
Some Ab exercises will help, but don't exceed 20 reps per exercise and don't train them every day.
