It seems that any Glock can be modified to do that (which I think is actually what those pistols are - look at the back of the slide on the close up: that tumor shouldn't be there on a regular Glock18). A .45 fully automatic pistol should be interesting to shoot, to say the least.
I'm sure they're hella fun to shot, but looking at the groups that guy made at a decently close distance, I'd be more comfortable doing double taps, as opposed to opening up the bullet hose. But if I was on the receiving end, I'd definitely run if there was still parts of me left to do so.
