Call him - it will probably thrill him that you took the initiative. Just don't appear needy - if he doesn't sound interested, keep it short and say,"well - you've got my number . . ." Then tear his up and move on.
There could be many reasons why he hasn't called - you'll never know until you talk to him.
And, of course - we'd all like to know what happens after you do.
