Specifiying 845 Isn't all that helpful since there isn't an 845 chipset, its a range there is the GV,G,GE,PE,E
Only reason i can see why the GV wouldn't work is because it has no AGP interface, and uses the internal extreme graphics.
Those video captures are high end cards, perhaps thats the reason ? its hard to believe even a usb or such style capture wouldnt work.
