My first 2 years in college (right after highschool when I was in better condition) I boxed for the school. Absolute toughest cardio activity I have ever experienced (waterpolo comes in a close second). If you are looking to shed some bodyfat, enroll in a boxing program at a college or a gym (you dont have to do full contact, you can train zero contact if you want). Be prepared to realize how out of shape you really are
