hmm...thank god there are so many of these annoying bands that i've not even heard afaik...(heard of, of course. most of em)
i'm selective of what i listen to, is mostly CDs/mp3s..no radio crap, no MTV...
but ok..there are some bands that i've had the displeasure to hear..ones i'd never listen to by choice...
Keep in mind..this is all opinion, and is merely what i find aesthetically displeasing.

1. AC/DC (had a *brief* teenage-rocker-chick-hangin-out-with-the-badkids liking of them..died quickly thank god)
2. Grateful Dead. and Phish. to me, all the same. crap.
3. Rush
4. ICP. just dumb imo.
5. Korn
6. Dave Matthews
7. Mr Bungle and whatever that other band that kinda started before them starts with a P.
used to have roomates that loved that shit. respect, but it ain't my taste. Primus. that's it.
8. Ani Difranco. not a band, but bleh.

....and also that 'rock music' is not my primary genre of choice..
i tend towards various electronic/techno/trance for my daily listening...and i've a soft spot for some 'industrial'...
but i do like, love, some 'rock' music.
Tool, Deftones, Godflesh, lots of other shit i cant think of...
