I'm the guy that started the working out thread, and I gotta tell you for DAMN sure, getting up at 6:00 am does NOT come naturally to me.
I have a trick that works, though. When the alarm clock wakes me up, I get out of bed before I have time to think about it. If I lay in bed and <i>consider</i> whether I'm going to get up, I'm sunk. But I've gotten pretty good at getting my gym gear on and getting out the door before my brain starts twirling.
To give you a feel for what I mean, this morning I was on the elliptical trainer at about 6:30, when one of the TVs they have there put today's date on the screen, and I realized it's my birthday (It's my birthday, in case you missed that thread...

). I knew that when I went to bed last night. But I got myself out and moving way ahead of my brain this morning.
