Like Erion, I'm an IT guy. I handle the network and the hardware. I'm pretty laid back about the whole thing. I don't go snooping and I've never been requested to by the directors.
However, maintaining the system is my job. I'm going to have to log onto employee's workstations from time to time. And sometimes I'll remote in. Again, doesn't mean I'm snooping, I'm just doing what I need to keep the system flowing.
Only twice have I ever had someone complain about me being on "their" computer. I just reminded them, it wasn't their computer, it was my computer. Well...that and I changed their password requirements to a minimum of twelve characters, not repeatable and had to be changed once a week.
