Spiced Yogurt Fruit Dip
Ingredients
12 ounces fat free vanilla yogurt
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated orange zest
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1-2 tablespoons honey (adjust to taste)
Preparation
Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl.
Chill the dip for at least an hour before serving, to allow the flavors to develop.
