I was on accutane for a while, in fact, I am still supposed to be on it.. I did not go crazy, and those side effects are very rare. What did bother me was the SEVERE dryness of my skin. I stopped taking it early, which probably wasn't the smartest idea, I'll probably have to end up taking it for 6 months or something now because I stopped taking it for over a month.
