Some people get lucky, and some don't. A few friends of mine have always had problems with bad parts, and a few other friends have never received a bad part. A custom PC can be a money-saving powerhouse dream-come-true, but it can also quickly turn into a RMA nightmare.

I know the feeling. When I built the PC I'm using together I had to RMA my motherboard twice. It sucked, but I'll keep building my own stuff. Fuck Dell, Alienware, Gateway, and everyone else.
